Oblivious both to the world, and to the temperatures, there is a bear sitting on a bench.

There’s a lot of scribbling going on. A basic sketch for an idea he plans on painting. A world full of sand, and dead trees. The usual place his sketchbook went during stressful feelings. Since he had a little spare time, Bark was fleshing this idea out. Turning a stress induced concept into a fleshed out plane of existence, and as usual during periods of free time, he was fully captivated by his current activity.

Walking down the street wasn’t an option commonly available to him.

The bear was, quite naturally, in full on disguise. All but his front bangs were under a hood. Bark’s face was underneath its shadow, and to follow suit, he wore a long, dark robe. The easiest disguise for someone of his height, weight, and behavior, was that of a monk. The essential male equivalent of a nun, no one had ever caught on, as he was already calm, and quiet by nature. Deep red eyes catch hers for only a moment, before he bows his head in acknowledgement.

Instead of continuing, the bear remains still. Aware that his eye color may have been seen, Bark was waiting to find out whether he would be recognized, or if he could continue safely. He’d never met another in his life who had red eyes, save for an artificially created hedgehog. It was the one thing that could give his disguise away.
