She still gets SURPRISED at how people worry about her, even if there is no need to and when the Marai doesn‘t like to make others to feel too MUCH concern for her; the words are still welcome. There is blood in her wound, but nothing than her healing powers couldn‘t do. ❝ Don‘t worry, I will be fine ! ❞

    to qiyana , ghost stories were nothing new . ixtal has many legends of ghosts surrounding it , and she unfalteringly believed in them all . she kind of thanked the gods she’s never came in contact with one before .

    but maybe that lasted just until now . 

    the temperature has significantly cooled down just when it was supposed to be the most sweltering, and though she couldn’t put her finger on how , she knew somebody was in close proximity to her . she is not afraid , but she is not exactly calm either . the jungle not having it’s usual scorching hot weather was enough to make qiyana realize something was not right .  

   the empress’ gaze slowly travelled from one spot to another , looking for this certain something or someone who she felt like was watching her .

🥭 — how important to my muse is their hometown,  or where they’re from ?  are they proud of it,  or considered a hometown hero ?  did they move away,  or do they wish to ? 

she is a really important person in ixtal , especially to the many other elementalists living there . they know her talent is one of a kind and for that , she has a fairly big number of admirers . she isn’t only important because she is royalty .

of course , qiyana is proud of ixtal and would never ever want to move away , only from ixaocan where she wouldn’t have to see her sisters every day .

The witch pulled on the edge of her mantle with one hand as the night breeze circled and flew past the two. She was standing a few steps away from the unknown man, captured by curiosity, but also wary. The moon was high in the sky, but it was far from being full; it looked more like a smiling spirit, peeking at the wanderers who refused to take cover and rest. Its light wasn’t enough of help to distinguish the features of whoever talked to her, and neither was the small blue ember that burnt above her palm.
