It's a therapy designed to treat PTSD (but also has a pretty high success rate with other mental problems), as far as I can tell it involves a lot of following the psychologists hand movements and reliving feelings of panic (etc). Quite intense, feels a bit like being hypnotised :P

I'm using it to try and combat my anxiety issues. It's an alternative to CBT (which didn't work for me), and focuses more on the internal reasons for your problem and breaking those down, rather than the outward reactions to it.

The New Models Network Application

I think the new/old models idea is relly good, because most people know more of the new models than the old models that have been legends in the fashion world, like Twiggy and Kate Moss.

I adore so many of the models in the New Models Network, Daphne, Ginta, Karlie and Frida; they're all really gorgeous and inspiring!
