Stark knew that this mission wasn’t exactly ‘normal’, he had been actually quite bored ---- everything had been going very well. More than well actually and he started missing shooting people, but more to the point. He actually was starting to miss the Avengers.
However, he shook that thought out of his head as he knelled down on roof of one of the buildings. He had to find something that would be interesting, right? Something needed to grab his attention. “Jarvis..” He muttered out lightly, “Anything interesting? You have to see something.”
A moment passed before the AI finally spoke, ‘Sorry, Sir. Nothing of note. It seems that you are simply having a good week or bad by your counts.’ Jarvis then paused, ‘ However, there are signs of some fluctuating activity. It may prove interesting to check out.’
“At least it’s something. Try to track it down.” It was then Tony let out a deep sigh, “Anything is better than nothing ---- get a lock on it will you?”
Jarvis then spoke again after several moments, ‘ A mile away. It looks like the source of the disruption is that way. Should I play music for you, Sir? ’
“No, I am fine, Jarvis. Also, stop calling me, Sir. It makes me feel old.” Tony stated as he blasted towards the direction of the disturbance.
