Huh. 

I seem to have proved my point. 

I was told by my RD and my roommate, that to keep my hair healthy I should change up my shampoo and conditioner, well, I did, and my hair looked dry and ugh, well, I had a little bit of my usual conditioner left and I used that last night, well, my hair looks great again. Dark and lustrous, instead of light and dull. 

That should teach me to change my shampoo and conditioner. There's a reason I started using Aussie in the first place. It's the best for my hair.
