If one person wore speedos, it would be more likely that others joined in the speedo-wearing fun.

If it worked, they would all be speedo bros. If it failed, he would be the only one in speedos, forever ridiculed for his choice of swimwear.

Willie knew what he was getting into. He took a deep breath, yanked off his shorts and unveiled his green speedos at the beach.

There was a pause when his mates contemplated what just happened.

Then one by one, they started to take off their shorts as well, except for two of them who were freeballing. They took a photo and now Willie was known as the revolutionary in this now strictly speedo group.
