An unassuming little wooden shack on top of the kirribilli bay. You can only access this spot by foot or by boat. It’s made up of big square windows that let the blue skies and water peak through the wooden walls. 

Something Sweet: ricotta, rhubarb, granny smith apple, graham cracker crumble over ricotta, fresh mint and honey on a slice of toasted sourdough. 

I can hear the flavours singing in my mouth when I chew and coupled with the view of this spot... bliss.
