32/366 The old Georgian Farmhouse at the Bathurst Grange Distillery. The farmhouse has been within the same family for over 3 generations. Even in 37c it looks cool and inviting to sit beneath the shady veranda. In the Distillery beside the farmhouse, they make #bluemountaingin and #australiandrygin. The Dry gin is superbly refreshing served on the rocks with fresh lemon or lime. The Blue Mountain Gin is simply divine and changes colour when poured and mixed.
