On my soul work & where I been at... I am in this juicy ass transitional phase post graduation from my certification program: writing copy, reworking my website, integrating butt loads of downloads from the last year-ish/all my lifetimes, navigating middle school with my progeny (& what rises to the surface for healing for all of us inside this), holding space for the boundaries I used to trample & use against myself AND offering myself supreme tenderness & compassion all the while. It is a wonder to be a lover to myself, a parent, & a friend in this ever deepening way. #Tantra is a yogic practice & a way of life.
