I am doing this thing where I try not to just randomly jump into a fan community, throw a fic or vid at it, and then run away into the void. In honor of that, I am working on responding to a few older comments on works I’ve created a day, just because it feels good every time I read those comments and it feels really rewarding to clean out my overflowing inbox. So if you get a thank you on a comment you posted years ago, just know that I read it initially and hid away like my shy little introverted impulses make me and I am enjoying your comment all over again.

I was just wondering if you could read my Xiao x Reader angst fic and give me feedback on it since you were the one that inspired me to write it. Sadly I'm not really the best critic for angst because I'm. so. desensitized. I feel no pain but the fluff affects me a lot, it was so cute and the twist was really nice :) I didn't expect the chapters thing honestly haha I was confused but I really liked it, it was more bittersweet to me. Keep it up please! And to my followers, read it and offer feedback for the angst too since you're all soooo good at reading itt

Reasons I am a fucking tool for how often I read a fic, getting insanely onto the fic, and then somehow manage to forget to leave feedback? All filed under FEEDBACK IS GODLY. Oh my god I’m totally spending the day going through my endless history to leave comments. WHY CANT AO3 JUST LET ME HIGHLIGHT AND SCREAM AS I READ I DO THAT SO WELL seriously Dez sends some me things and I just scribble all over it, I don’t even think I make sense half the time, it’s just key smashes and wailing

That moment when you check on a new work and see 104 kudos out of 918 hits with ten bookmarks and you spend the next five years giggling ‘they like me, they really like me’ as dramatically as possible AND THEN YOU NOTICE TWO COMMENTS?! And one question about a possible continuation and then you quite possibly lose your mind.

It’s twice as funny when I noticed it’s done better in less than 24hrs than a stony thing I’ve had up since 2015. I’m gunna pretend it means I’ve improved 😂
