Introduction
I had someone ask me to make a Tumblr, and I only had my personal tumblr (that has some personal info on it so I prefer not to share it), so I decided to make a Tumblr just for my fandom and fanfiction world. Some people might know me as icedragon822 on AO3.
I realize that I don’t have too much information about myself on AO3, so here’s some fun facts!
- I live in the USA and am a woman in my mid-20s.
- I have my Master’s degree and I work full-time during the week. Writing is my stress relief.
- I try to read about a book a week throughout the year. My favorite genres are sci-fi/fantasy, YA fantasy, historical fiction, psychological thrillers, and books with strong female leads and female friendships.
- The first ever fanfiction I wrote was a Harry/Ginny one-shot when I was about 15. It was TERRIBLE and I threw it away. The first ever fic I was ever proud of was a Code Name Verity fanfic I wrote after I graduated from college.
- I’m currently active writing Supercorp and Avalance fics (although I need to update my Avalance fic badly!).
- Very few people in my real life know about my interest in fanfic and fandoms.
- I want to be best friends with Katie McGrath. She has to be the coolest person ever.
- I have a cat who I am obsessed with. He’s the love of my life and he knows it.
- I’m an ISTJ on the Myers-Briggs scale, and am usually the most introverted person in the room.
- I’m actually way behind on all the shows I write fics for. Oops.
- The Wire is my favorite show of all time, but I’m also obsessed with Game of Thrones and The Office.
