i have to get better at distinguishing who is my superior and who is allowed to violate my rights and who im allowed to take issue with their doing that and how i can convey or not convey that but avenge myself, what game rules im playing under. sometimes being faux polite and passive aggressive is the way. sometimes it is safe to be I dont know what makes you think you are allowed to do that to me!

hey to anyone else that struggles w eating marinara sauce with chunks in it: I figured out you can just use tomato soup instead. I don't have to make the sauce myself or strain out chunks. I can just pour tomato soup on fusilli.
