How do you change the colour of someone's eyes/hair/clothes in photopea?
I usually use the color replacement tool! If you click and hold down the brush icon, you'll get a few different options, and color replacement is one of them. Set the blend mode to "color" and pick the color you'd like to change to. If you're recoloring a gif, you do have to edit each individual frame, so it can be a bit time-consuming.
It can take some experimenting to get the right hue and saturation. It helps if you're changing between colors of a similar brightness. Like, if you want to make Sansa content, for example, it's much easier to change the hair color of a fancast with dark blond to medium brown hair than it is to change one with really light or dark hair.
