ok this was a while ago so i may be remembering incorrectly, but when you said you watched your first ghibli movie it was from up on poppy hill right? anyways i watched it like two days ago and it was very cute but WHAT was up with that plot twist😭

1. favourite place in your country? I can't possibly choose one so I'll give you three! Standford Lake Lodge in Limpopo. It's paradise: mountains, lakes, woods, and peace. Bloubergstrand Beach in Cape Town because I can see Table Mountain, the ocean, the sunset, and Robben Island from there. Pennington in Durban because it has my childhood, the memories of my grandparents and an ocean I can actually swim in!

10. most enjoyable swear word in your native language? Voetsek which means fuck off or go away. Can be used domestically or angrily or sarcastically! V versatile

16. which stereotype about your country you hate the most and which one you somewhat agree with? Because I live in South Africa which is obviously a part of Africa the stereotypes we get are ones to do with how Africa is a wasteland riddles with poverty which is just disgusting. One I can somewhat agree with for SA specifically (and this is a change from the other ask where I answered this question) is that South Africans are bad drivers. We are. All of us.

for the boring fact post, no snickerdoodles do not count, i love them sm! but i feel like most sugar cookies are just boring and flavorless? like i do not get the appeal:( but also mint ice cream is so good!!! i don’t understand!!!!!

Okay i think you’re my soulmate because snickerdoodles are in fact the best and for that reason alone we should buy a house together and fill all the cupboards with them
