the thing that I’m pretty sure I didnt post is Ave’s new design!! Not pictured: His cloak is now stained black, while his scarf and under-shawl are now a more vibrant red. He has talons now, so now he’s no longer defenseless!
I was entertaining the idea that, since Rythulians are somewhat birdlike, and since Ave’s hands are too delicate to actually grab and pick things up, I’d give him birdlike feet.
They’re very dexterous, allowing Ave to grab objects and rotate them. And, since Ave’s accustomed to flying in the harsher climate of the mountain, he’d be able to pick up and fly with something just sort of twice his size in the desert.
Anyway, in addition to manipulating the environment, his talons are his new defense and when coupled with strong legs, he could shred someone relatively easily.
