Ha, it's finally posted on Pure Pro! That time I dreamt to speak on stage like @melrobbins when I saw her at #seriousbusiness and later dared myself to make a YouTube video for a chance to speak on stage at #AvedaJam in Boston. I was a mess preparing to walk through my fear of public speaking. The day before I would have rather been hit by an MTA bus (I was New Yorker then) but I used the #fivesecondrule and focused on intention and inspiration and did it anyway 👀 thanks @aveda for making me grow as an artist and educator.
