Babby’s first commissions

Whoo I’ve been wanting to do commissions for a while now, but I’ve always been too nervous and not confident enough to do it. But now is the time! 

I’m still figuring things out so I’m only opening 3 slots as a start

-Payment is up front! I’m not planning on doing extra free work, I’m a busy student. The payment will be through paypal, once the money stuff is done I’ll start working on your commission and keep you updated through every stage of your drawing. If you want any changes made that’s okay, but of course if your change is ridiculously big like completely changing the character it’ll have costs! 

-With that being said if you want me to draw an OC or a person try to give me the best reference you can!

- Sketches/lines are being done traditionally and cleaned up digitally

-I only do simple backgrounds, and 1 character per commission.

-I will draw: OCs, self-inserts, light gore (nothing to much)

-I will not draw: pornography, anything racist, sexist ect.

Hey Irene!! I see you're selling your art on redbubble, I would love to do so also but I'm kinda scared Cause isn't there a chance you can get in trouble with copyrights and stuff?? Cause you make fanart? Ps: I love your art it's A+

Hiya! I know it’s okay to sell fanart, I don’t know what the exact law/rule is but it has something to do with “parody” i think, same thing supposedly that protects fanartists when selling their works at say, anime conventions and stuff.

 As long as your not like, just slapping a screenshot from an anime onto a t-shirt and trying to sell that you should be fine (a lot of people DO do that however, and as far as I’m concerned redbubble doesn’t do much about it...) anyways

Trust me I’ve asked that question before and I’m pretty sure its legal, a lot of other people sell their fanart too, I’m not too knowledgeable on that subject but I bet someone who has more experience selling fanart can give you a more direct answer, I only started selling stuff this year.
