I remember ou once mentioned that dennim is obsessed with mind because she hates herself, would that mean that if someone that loved themself or was basically a narcissist, their imaginary version would hate them?? another thing, Minerva's avernim, does he look like that becuase becuase dennim created him or would he look different if minerva had been the one with this particular quality rather than mind, which would have been his own personality if that is were the case then??

Only if this imaginary being operated under the same rules as Dennim, which a narcissist’s friend wouldn’t, by default. I imagine such a being continuously praising its host into the Heavens, since the brain of a narcissist wouldn’t come up with something that would hate them. They’re already hated by people in the real world.Avernim looks the way he does because Dennim is his creator. If Avernim was Minerva’s creation, he’d resemble a normal human being, since Minerva knows what humans commonly look like, unlike Mind, who never goes outside. Concerning his given personality, it would probably stay the same. Minerva wants a loving partner and the point of these imaginary friends is that they will try to fulfill their host’s top desire.

In the main story when Mind kills herself, what happens to her parents?

Mind’s mother will try to get her husband arrested for sexual abuse, but discovers it’s pretty much impossible to get people to side against him. The police refuses to take action, as the man’s reputation is flawless and he’s a good actor and liar in general.She’ll eventually become too depressed and guilt-ridden to function. Rumors already spread that she killed Mind, because she was supposedly jealous of her husband’s care for his daughter and tried to mask her crime by claiming this relationship to have been incestuous, which then of course urged Mind to commit suicide.Others are less creative and say she blamed her husband in order to get his money and “kingdom”, but whatever the rumor, they’re not in her favour.Mind’s mother will spend her days discarded and alone. In some weird reality, Avernim will probably be her imaginary friend at this point.Mind’s father manages to keep himself free from blame and jail, but is also living in sorrow, as this psychopath was in love with the girl who is now dead. He’s still a successful businessman, but he lost the motivation to keep up appearances. He doesn’t smile his fake smile anymore and pretty much feels constant dissatisfaction, no matter how well things are going for him.

Even though Dennim's 'parents' are just puppets for his enjoyment, does he craft a similarly abusive background between them as a reflection of Mind's family, or is he too proud to make up a story where he's abused by his mother? Then again, Avernim is apparently meant to be as lonely as Minerva to appeal to her, so he'd need an explanation for that, and both parents primarily exist to convince Mind's family to let her marry him, so they need to have somethings in common.

Dennim has no reason to make himself appear a victim of anything, unless it's his only path to some kind of obligatory victory. Avernim was only given an abuse story in that one reality where he needed to suck up to Minerva and inspire her to leave her husband. She refuses to acknowledge both she and Mind are going through abuse, so Avernim had to be her mirror.

Could it be possible for Mark and Minerva to create their own "Dennims" as Avernim and Karmen? As actual separate beings rather than as Dennim's puppets. I remember you mentioning that, in some weird spinoff of the canon timeline, Minerva could have Avernim for company after everything. If so, since they'd be their own things, how different would their personalities be from Dennim's puppets? And since despair factors into them, could Mark even have Karmen? I guess if he secretly felt guilty.

Mind’s mother could, but there’s only a slight chance of it happening. Avernim wouldn’t be the opposite of her personality, but what she wants him to be. High chance he’ll act like Dennim’s Avernim. It’s also probable he’ll look his white-faced self, since Mind’s mother might not have a strong enough imagination to come up with a different face from herself or give his image colour. But despite the little change, this Avernim is not connected to Dennim and can’t become supernatural or aware, unlike him.Only Mind can have an imaginary friend with the capability of becoming alive, even if it’s for the sake of having a main focus in this series, which I guess qualifies as “a Dennim”.If we want to tie a rule to this: A person need to have a weak mind -one that’s easy to turn insane- be subjected to confinement/loneliness, which qualifies as mental torture, and have known constant bodily harm in order to spawn their own “Dennim”. Mind’s father is the one who’s insane and her motherbattles with loneliness, but that’s not enough. Their imagination can only create what the common person in the real world is able to create; a talking voice or a daydream.Their daughter is susceptible to these two states of mind, and with the added abuse by Mind’s father, meets the perfect requirements.I imagine loneliness will create a body and insanity a voice, so when Mind’s parents are at their worst, her mother would have Avernim, who’d act like a supportive friend or lover, while Mind’s father would have a little voice in his head that is justifying his awful behaviour. But that voice will be his own, not Karmen’s.

Here's a dumb thought, does Karmen (Dennim's fake mom) have a sister named Miranda? I guess only if Mind's dad had a brother.

Random, yet specific.No, but even if Mark had a sibling, it doesn’t mean Karmen would have one by default. She’s a brainless Mark clone created by Dennim for the purpose of playing his mother, not an actual person with dreams, a personality or a family. She is like a costume for him to put on and act in. Unless he enters a situation where he needs an aunt in the mix, there’s no need to give himself more fake relatives.In theory, Dennim doesn’t even have to borrow the image of Mind’s parents for his own. It doesn’t matter who pretends to be his parents, he doesn’t have parents to begin with.Besides, if Mark had a brother and Dennim decided to create a puppet of him, the name of that puppet has to be the brother’s in reverse, with added vowels or consonants, in case the reversed name lacks them. These puppet names have the same rules, more or less.For example:*Dennim, as Mind’s opposite, should be named “Dnim”, but received an additional “en”.*Karmen, as Mark’s opposite, should be named “Kram”, but the “r” is switched around and the name received an additional “en”.*Avernim, as Minerva’s opposite, should be named “Avrenim”, but the “r” is switched around.If the puppet is named “Miranda”, like you suggested, Mark’s brother’s name would be “Adnarim”. Which sounds more like a puppet name than a people name, in this case. You can say that the chance a puppet receives an actual, existing name is very small.
