My Recommendation of the Day: Dreamboy
So since I’ve been catching up with a few podcasts recently and I got recommended a new one, Dreamboy by one of my favs, Welcome To Nightvale, which I now want to recommend too.
Dreamboy is the story about Dane, a gay struggling musician who moves to Cleveland, Ohio to find his sound while working at Pepper Heights Zoo. What he doesn’t expect to find is surreal dreams, sinister school girls, a handsome stranger next door and a murderous zebra called Zoe.
So far there’s only been three episodes but I’m already chomping at the bit to hear the fourth episode. The story is strong and a very sense of mystery when it comes to the characters and plotline. I’m very keen to hear the backstory of the neighbour and what the hell is the deal with those schoolgirls. Be warned there is graphic details so if you don’t like that that’s alright. Luckily I enjoy the graphic details very much.
