@quakersamwinchester hold on. the demon purification ritual is ALSO the eucharist bc ruby is consuming sam’s blood you are so right. god. she should actually drink it just for the narrative symmetry. both of them realizing that god is not found in one another because it’s so much bigger than both of them just in the concept of love.. that love being the thing that can cure a demon through tainted blood. this is making me insane.
