Ok, sorry this took so long avianite, I get busy because of college schedules and stuff :p. Anyhow, you said 6, 8, and 15?

6: a game that has changed you the most?

Journey; absolutely lovely game that made me nearly cry, and gave me a bit to think about that one saying of “life’s about the journey, not the destination”

8. Best soundtrack?

Damn that’s hard, but currently, in my opinion, transistor has to have one of the best game soundtracks I have heard.

15: two games that would make an awesome crossover?

Hmm… Probably dishonored and gta; ie: an open and explorable Industrial Age victorian world with magic and a dark overtone.

5: A popular series/game you just can't get into no matter how much you try?

I was kinda traumatized by this really unpleasant roommate who sent me spiraling into my first really big depression, and he played League of Legends all the time very loudly, and wouldn't turn it down while chatting on team speak. Many friends of mine have asked me to give it a try, but I've been hesitant, I see how much it consumes people's time. But... I've kind of softened up to it recently. It was just that first roommate man.

6: A game that's changed you the most?

I got my first copy of Morrowind when I was in the 2nd grade. Played it like a crack addict, but even before that, as some of you well know, the Myst franchise. Game of my childhood.

29: Which is more important, gameplay or story?

As much as a lot of us here want to say story, a game is a game, and gameplay will always come first. e.g. Vanilla TF2, weak on story, but gigantic success because of great gameplay. Beyond Two Souls, very story heavy, but weak gameplay, and its not remembered as fondly. (It had a very strange story too.)

(sorry this took a bit :x)

1. Tuesdays With Morrie - Brilliant book that started off as a class assignment, but really touched me with its words of wisdom. Its a sad but true book that I think everyone should read at least once.

2. Slaughterhouse Five- Very interesting book by Kurt Vonnegut that made me think a bit about 

3. The Hunger Games- 3rd book made me nearly cry and I enjoy the series a lot

4. Salem's Lot- Great work by Steven King; hooked me in for all his other works with this one.

5. Screwballs- If you even remotely think baseball is interesting this book will be absolutely hilarious to you- had me laugh so hard that I cried.

6. The Wall- A young adult novel I found in the library one day; maybe not the best book but It raises a few interesting questions about where we are going with our civilization

7. The Tomorrow Code- Good God, this book. An interesting combination of scifi and suspense that makes you think about our planet a second time.

8. A collection of Edgar Allen Poe short stories and poems- It's Poe damnit; I love all of his works.

9. The Great Gatsby- Bit dry at first but definitely a good read; one of the few books that gets better each time I read it.... it does particularly well at portraying the 1920s I think.

10. Tunnels- start of a really good series; it may be aimed at preteens but the book series deals with a lot of complex themes and has some interesting illustrations every once in a while to boot.
