i've already spammed twitter with this but hey, i wanna try making friends on tumblr again so i guess i should talk about myself once in a while? so, today feared for my life at a funfair (and also had fun) there's gonna be a bunch of videos here, and tbh, i haven't completely watched any of them but it's at a funfair so. general epilepsy/flashing lights warning for all of those!! i went together with my family, and the first thing my sister and i rode was the shaker (i assume that's its name. i generally only know the german ones lmao) - i always love that thing, it's. really fun. even tho i usually get bruises on my upper arms and thighs bc i get flung around in the seat bc i'm small lmao that's all ok tho, that thing is one of my favorites bc it's just so much fun,, second thing (basically right after the first one lmao) was... terrifying. it was this thing and i have no idea what it's called in english but honestly, unless you have strong arms, i don't. recommend it. at all. i've been on a similar one before but that one didn't bounce (so the turning around alone pressed you into your seat) so this one was just. i genuinely wondered if i'd die?? like, my arms aren't v strong and my hands got sweaty after 2 seconds so i just. tried to grip the bars behind my head but it wasn't really working so i eventually deliberately slid down and knelt so i could at least grab something while facing it lmao. my knees hurt now bc the thing kept bouncing until the... driver person slowed so i could get back into my seat. and then i basically... sat sideways so i could wrap one arm around the bars and hold onto them with the other, and just. i was so glad when it was over because i was honestly terrified of letting go and crashing into people opposite of me, cries... i'm not gonna go on the bouncy one again we took a break then bc my sister and i were both like, "i almost died" lmao theeen i went on this thing called apollo 13 alone bc my sister didn't feel like it, and. it was the best. it was apparently ~55 meters high, and. the seats usually "locked" so you were upside-down at the top! and because it was moving really fast, it... actually didn't feel like you were the wrong way around? i only really noticed bc the sky was on the bottom and the city lights were on top lmao it just felt like you were floating for a second?? it was so good, and actually my favorite today bc... space-themed... feeling like you're floating... whizzing thru the air... a+, 10/10, best thing our father joined my sister and me for the next one, which was the Wild Mouse. i... might've wanted to ride that one bc of boueibu. and i gotta say, unless the one in binan land is significantly worse, the defense club is Weak, like. the only remotely bad things are that u get flung to a side and the feeling of "oh no the car will go off-rails". ok, and maybe the bunnyhops but i found those rly fun tbh... the whole thing is rly fun imo, ok, the defense club is just weak (at least yumoto is isn't, ty yumoto ww) aaand the last thing (only my sister and me again) was the... music express? thing?? this. i'm sad it didn't move backwards too but it's ok, it's still always fun lmao SO YEAH, ty for reading, i just wanted to talk abt a cool experience tbh
