So after I got my concussion I quit running pretty much all together-January...picked it back up again in the beginning of June and
I’m just now starting to get used to it again, my body is slowly getting back into shape again and I’m not as tierd all day after my 6am intramurals, and I’m feelin better... so that’s good. I’m actually low key pretty excited, I been tryna put in some good work and eating a little better along with the #1 key-HYDRATION! I’m falling in love with cross country again and I’m very happy about that.
Maybe I’ll even be good this year🤞🏼
