Another of the Philippine Navy’s (PN) AW109E Helicopters crashed recently, the second in three Years. These were bought brand new and are less than a Decade old, hence the PN should seriously review its Training and Maintenance Procedures as none of the Philippine Air Force’s (PAF) eight AW109AH Helicopters have crashed so far
