"Sorry for the delay and my absence. I got caught up in some things." Particularly, trying to get his life back together after everything's gone to hell and back. But thankfully, he's still alive and breathing. Akira presented him with a square box of dark chocolates with different fillings and a sly smile on his face. "Happy belated Valentine's Day, Shuichi-kun.~" (!!)
It had been a while since Shuichi had last seen Akira. He knows... he's been handling a lot of things. No matter how much knowledge of that Shuichi may exactly know... needless to say: he missed him...and was worried about him. So when Akira came over to visit- "Akira-kun....!" A sea of relief washed over him. He smiles so brightly. He was truly happy to see him again...
"N.. No, it's fine! It's so nice to see you again! I understand that... you've had a lot to deal with. I'm honestly just relieved you're okay..." But then Akira presents him a box of chocolates, and his eyes widen in surprise! "Oh...!! F...For me?" He accepts the box, eagerly opening it. The chocolates look delicious.... "These look so nice... I love dark chocolate!" One of his favorite kinds! Leave it to Akira to get exactly what Shuichi likes....
Looking up at him, his smile warms. "Akira-kun.... Thank you so much. Happy Valentine's Day to you, too. Getting such nice chocolates from you....makes me so happy. If it's okay, I'll try one right now!" He plops a piece into his mouth, humming at how tasty it is.. "Ohh this tastes like caramel... it's delicious!" Much as he wants to try another right away, he carefully closes the box back... before he goes closer and wraps his arms gently around Akira in a hug. Then after a few seconds he lets go, gazing down at the floor with heated cheeks...
"I-I hope you didn't mind that, heh... I just...wanted to express how happy receiving these chocolates made me, a-and... seeing you again...!"
