Fun fact about Lion: his birthname is actually [redacted], but after coming out as trans his parents took it upon themselves to rename him and they chose Leon. In defiance against them, he changed the spelling and pronunciation to match the lion animal (though that’s not to say he had the cat in mind when he changed it; it just wanted to get away from its parents’ influence by any means necessary, even in the smallest ways that it could); and now it’s just his name.
