There are some extremely powerful scenes in the first couple seasons of Supernatural. The last scene of Houses of the Holy, Sam and Dean confront their beliefs in a higher power, Sam from the point of view of a believer, Dean from a position of disbelief, was a beautiful scene. Good stuff, why I keep coming back to this show.
