“Welcome to Barton High School! A place which you’ll be able to call home from the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., maybe longer if you have after extracurricular activities. Here we shall follow the lives of a few of the students. Their lives in school through work, the ups, the downs, teenage angst, first loves and relationships, to broken hearts and loves lost. Do these teens have the power to take the world and make it their own? We’ll just have to wait and see!”

Barton High School is a high school, appless role-play taking place in Manhattan, New York. This roleplay is conversations based (and paras) and has a strong attention on character dramas, through tasks and events sent by the admins.

We currently have around 18 role-players and 25 characters. Dash active. Since it’s soon the end of the school year, we also recruit teachers, professors and college students.

BLAINE ANDERSON will be portraying Ricky Schwartz. Blaine is currently open.

SANTANA LOPEZ'S on again off again crush. He is in the band with Santana, and is shown to be quite the player. RACHEL BERRY accidentally kissed him at her house party, which caused severe tension between her and Santana. After asking Santana out to the winter formal, she breaks up with him when she finds out that he asked three other girls before her. But he wins her back at the dance by quoting an he placed for Santana on Missed Connections. He develops a secret relationship with QUINN FABRAY, which ends after Quinn catches him making out with KURT HUMMEL. He often calls Santana "beautiful" as a nickname, and Quinn "doll-face", but he dies...

WILL SHUESTER will be portraying Kevin Hamilton. Will is currently open.

Rachel's father. He is shown as being the more responsible parent as opposed to his wife, SHELBY CORCORAN, and to be caring and supportive to RACHEL BERRY through rough times. He and Shelby separate after she tells him that she wrote the letter, but Will and Shelby are back together soon after.

TINA COHEN-CHANG will be portraying Ming Huang. Tina is currently open.

RACHEL BERRY'S other best friend. She is portrayed as a down-to-earth indie-style teenager with strict Chinese parents. Tina gets mad at Rachel for telling SANTANA LOPEZ about her secret relationship with FINN HUDSON instead of telling her and because of that she feels left out, but still remains supportive of Rachel.

EMMA PILSBURY will be portraying Valerie Marks. Emma is currently open.

The school counselor. She clearly has her own problems as she tries too hard to be like the teenagers she is there to help. She's a lonely person who feels her gift in life is helping people. She crosses boundaries and acts inappropriately around students; when Emma is assigned to talk to RACHEL BERRY once a week, their relationship becomes increasingly unprofessional as Emma comes to think of Rachel as her best friend. On Rachel's sixteenth birthday, as a present she gives her the movie Sixteen Candles and also quotes famous lines from the film. She has a romantic relationship with a fellow teacher at the school UNDETERMINED.
