lil update on stuff! [9/25/23]

hi all! just leaving this as a little update on whats been going on with my life so as to keep my social ppl in the loop. i've been experience some health complications irl that have been impacting my mental health and my ability to work so it's been making both school stuff and personal projects really really hard to work on. don't worry! i'm not dying, i'm ok, i just recently got the diagnosis that i have hypothyroidism, which has been making getting any amount of work done almost impossible with the fatigue and tiredness it causes. the first medication i was prescribed backfired pretty bad and actually made stuff worse, and it'll be a few weeks before i can get bloodwork done again to get a better diagnosis. hopefully this stuff will be resolved within a few months, but until then there isn't really much i can do about it. that initial medication really messed me up and made my symptoms a lot worse, and being constantly tired really messed with my mental health and just makes stuff... a lot harder, in general. this caused and is still causing a lot of complications and burnout on my personal projects which really really sucks. this has had a pretty not-great effect on my projects i've been workin on. the gamedev project i posted about a little less than a month ago has been shelved, because i just do not have the time or mental effort to work more on it. i really want to continue it someday, but right now i'm in no state to work on something that ambitious. so i've decided to scale back a lot of my online presence to work on smaller projects that i actually have the time to work on. as a part of this, i am cancelling all of my current outstanding commissions. i've had these waiting in my queue for a few months now, and i just haven't had a chance to work on them. i'm really sorry to the people who i added into my queue, but i'm not capable of completing them at the current time and need to clear things out so i can work on things without getting overwhelmed. i'll still be online and such, but for the time being i'm closing down a lot of things to work on tinier, shorter-term projects until i'm in a good enough place to do bigger stuff. i know that i don't have a lot of followers but i want to keep the little people in my phone informed :] goodnight weird people, can't wait for foxgirl fall this year!!!
