Data / ML / AI Engr Role Denied because the Company "Thought" I was 'ONLY' doing a Certification Run...
First and foremost, this paper is on the perspective of how some company’s members frown upon or look down at folks who manage to obtain multiple certifications, even though they (we) ‘ diligently ‘ earned the certs. And sure, in my entire tech career, I have always wanted to obtain certifications to bolster my standing in any tech field (since it is almost impossible to get into these types of fields without hands-on work experience). And... on my exams, oh yes, I ‘always’ want to attain the highest scores over my previous scores. But that does not mean that folks like me are just doing a “certification run”… More below.
