- Final Illustrations for Project - 

I have selected the above three illustrations as the finals for my project. After researching into Autumn/Winter 2017 trends and creating illustrations from studying the styles, I considered different methods of mark making and reflected on my work. 

Deciding on using colourful, bold designs and line work to define the garments. The three illustrations I have finished with depict the Polo Neck, Oversized and Striped trends. I chose to use background colours which draw the eye to the illustration itself and contrast with the focus of the image. The entire of each image is made by myself.

These images would be used as posters, for show casing fashion designs, portraying styles in fashion magazine sections about current trends, to a creative and fashion loving audience. I feel my style of work is also transferable to teen fashion and I would like to continue to produce work in this style, learning how to create short GIF’s and continue to share pieces on my other social media pages, alongside this one (will share links to all of these in separate post). 

In the future I am going to be attending fashion shows and hopefully can get some further life drawing in! I also have a trip planned to London, and I intend to visit other highly fashionable areas and illustrate the variety of street style I find.
