After a great deal of thought and consideration, I have decided that it’s time to close the After Xavier RP.

Starting out as the Xavier Institute RP, and growing to where we’re ending now, I am proud of the 2+ years that this group has existed. However, I feel that the group has run its course. A huge thank you to all of our members, both past and present, who have been a part of shaping this along the way.

If you’re someone who’s interested in still writing with some of our members, the main’s IM feature will still be on/accessible and I can try to direct you to where some of our members can be written with.

Thank you again, to all who supported this group.

-A reminder to all that the Manhattan Melee event takes place next Friday, Oct. 21st. Details for said event can be found here. Teams should be writing/working on their paras so that they can be posted that date. News bulletins will go up, leading up to and [possibly] following the event, via the Bugle Blog.

-Jessica (Lumen) is on hiatus until further notice. Simon (Eva) is out of town until tomorrow, and Kirsty (Clint) has been having some Wi-Fi/internet troubles and likely wont’ be around until Sunday.

-There are currently more than 3 starters in the group’s tag that could use some more attention! Players, take a look!

-Jessica (Lumen) and Ace (Cessily) are on hiatus until further notice. Simon (Eva) is out of town until the 12th and Jack (Pietro) is out of town until the 9th.

-If you’re not already, please be sure to follow Wanda Maximoff & Bucky Barnes, and welcome our new members, Catherine and Morgan in the ooc blog! 

-Checking the group’s starter tag, a new starter can go up at this time!

-Following the upcoming Manhattan Melee event, the group’s locations page will be updated, expanding the group setting to all 5 NYC boroughs. Current members, if your character will be moving/living outside of Manhattan following the event, please IM me here on the main and let me know which of the boroughs they’ll be living in, ASAP! If you know the kind of living space they’ll be in, please let me know that as well. The living spaces on the location’s page will be featured as follows: Dorms, Lofts/Apartments, Brownstones, and Luxury Homes (condos and penthouse apartments). The latter 3 will list which borough your character lives in (i.e. The Bronx: Joe Schmoe | Loft, Susie Q | Apartment || Manhattan: Harry Hoodini | ESU Dorms, Pretty Ricky | NYU Dorms, John Smith | Condo, etc.).

-As always if you have any questions, the main’s inbox and IM feature are always available!

-Peter Parker has been made playable and is now added to our roles page!

-I will be out of town this weekend (celebrating my birthday, woo!) so apps will not be reviewed/responded to until Monday or Tuesday of this coming week (Oct. 3rd/4th). If there are any questions, however, the main’s inbox and IM feature are always available!

-The main’s theme has been made over. Take a look!

-The roles page has been updated! Several roles have been pulled from it and 4 have been added to it. Nearly all of the previously displayed roles will still be available for application/play if asked!

-Continuing with the group roles, Remy’s FC has been returned to Avan Jogia; the springboard content remains the same. The role of Madame Hydra has been moved to the Factions page as a non-playable character. The role of The Winter Solider has been pulled from the Factions page and is now a playable character.

-As the Manhattan Melee event unfolds later this month, each role/character post will be mildly updated in regard to the ‘Lives In’ information. If you know that your character will be moving from their current location, please let me know ASAP. More on this will be shared soon!

-Per our recent workshop discussion, the RP’s setting will be expanding to all 5 NY boroughs. Information on the main will be updated accordingly, and will fully take effect following the Manhattan Melee event. 

-Details for the Manhattan Melee event have been posted. If you haven’t already, please be sure to read and respond to the post!
