Hi! I really love all of the skins that you make, they're all so pretty! I was wondering, do you have any dark mode looking ones? Thank you!!

Pelagic will have multiple dark mode options! I've decided that, while building it, I'll be working with its light mode version because of fluctuating astigmatism making dark mode's edges and text harder to parse.

Because of that, all the initial showcases will be in light-mode only. Dark modes will be showcased later on. Thank you for your interest ^^

Haha funny story and quite short. It turns out I suck at biology XD I really loved the classes and content, but once organic chemistry popped up for me to take, I sort of booked it out of there haha I am so bad at chemistry!

Psychology is naturally easy for me so it was a pretty simple switch. Though I still regret it sometimes.

The new AO3 skin looks amazing! I've been looking for a skin for AO3 that's as clean and user-friendly as this for the LONGEST TIME. I'm so excited to use it when it's completed, but please also make sure you're taking care of yourself. Love your blogs! (Huge F1 fan lmao)

Aaa thank you so much !! I was so nervous about the announcement of dropping Eosphorus, since I know I have a rep of not following through 😭 But Pelagic is everything I've learnt over the years within a style that AO3 accepts and a colour scheme that's dynamic. It will be seeing itself to completion.

Pelagic is going to be maybe the first (?) of its kinda AO3 skin, it uses the 'replace archive skin entirely' function of AO3 and builds up the entire site from scratch. It means it's going to be a massive skin and maybe the largest overhaul of AO3 that at least I've seen. Larger and much more detailed and well-crafted than Hesperus.

I'll be putting up a short video in a few minutes that shows it in action and working on AO3.

(Also lmao thank u for ur compliment, good luck to your two guys of choice tomorrow in Belgium.)

EDIT: Oh, I should add! It's WCAG AA and AAA compliant

Below the cut since I want to keep these responses short, I am only an art blog and wish to mainly remain that way.

I don't know If I would call it outright transphobia—which is why I didn't phrase it that way in my original post—but I would call it a blatant lack of respect, a sprinkling of utter condescension, and a spoonful of sheer ignorance.

Either way, this is an unprofessional and callous response to the question and her attitude is not what I'd like for a board member, even excluding everything else.

I’m a bio major! I’m in my last year ish. Psych is so cool and sometimes I wonder if I should’ve taken it! I regret not taking more courses outside my specialization, especially global history and English 😫 but I’m still happy with most of my choices

Dang, I give you so much credit anon! Bio was so hard for me! Also congrats on your last year!

Psych was really fun and I have no regrets on that, but after I graduated I kind of realized I was limited in using it haha

And I TOTALLY agree! I wish I would have taken more electives unrelated to my major. I would have definitely done some photography and drawing classes!
