This is interesting. Axion's CEO gave an interview, and this information was revealed:

“We jointly presented with BMW in Istanbul at the largest lead-acid battery conference in the world,” said Granville. “We’re told they have never presented with a suppler or endorsed a supplier’s product in the past, but in our case they felt that it was very important for the other OEMs in Europe to understand that AGM [absorbed glass matt] lead-acid batteries aren’t going to work to meet EU CO2 regulations.”

The data always suggested this, but for BMW to indicate this through their actions I think speaks to the potential of the product.

I thought this was interesting. Johnson Controls buys a pink sheet name for it's demand response technology.

It tells me the big boys see real potential in some of these pink sheet names. If this is a symptom of behavior to come, AXPW.OB is definitely a buyout candidate.
