How far is your OC willing to go to get what they want?

As far as it takes. She doesn't know how to do anything less than that. Not when Azazel is the man who raised her.

Do you have a specific lyric or quote which you associate with your OC?

No specific quotes or lyrics, but I do tend to wake Sage up any time I reread the crueI pri.nce trilogy bc the Jude/Mad.doc dynamic is. Not the same as Sage/Azazel but. There are strong parallels.

Does your OC have a tendency to get jealous? If so, how does this manifest?

Oh, absolutely. Again, she was raised by Azazel, who has no chill about anything. She's the jealous type and tends to get stabby over it.

Naoise has some limits, but he's fae so like... pretty damn far tbh. Like I legit don't even know where his hard limits lie, bc they're very circumstantial. He IS willing to murder, but only sometimes so it's kind of a weird, case by case basis thing.

No but listening to Hades.town tends to wake him up for semi-obvious reasons lmaooooo.

Does your OC have a tendency to get jealous? If so, how does this manifest?

Also circumstantial? Bc he definitely can be jealous and it can manifest anywhere from pettiness to cruelty, but he's also had a number of polyamorous partners before without issue. Jealousy tends to be triggered kind of randomly, but it's more likely to happen when someone is doing it on purpose, much to his irritation. He'd like to ignore it in those circumstances, but it's actually pretty effective.

Azazel won't risk himself and that's it. There's no other limit. He will kill and torture and destroy to get his way and he's old and powerful and has been allowed to operate this way for millennia.

the second one is obvious imo but the first one is just like. how he feels about wilder and i think about it any time i reread the book. but like. azazel has chosen to break people before and he will do it again but wilder doesn't shatter. he fights back. and that's fun for azazel. he knows eventually he can find the breaking point, but he's enjoying the game of it all atm.

Oh, absolutely. Azazel is the most possessive muse I have. What's his is his and he WILL fuck up anyone who tries to contradict that, including the partners themselves.

Zadie is Azazel's daughter. They have as good a relationship as one might expect from Azazel, but she's worked damn hard to build her own reputation and legacy and she tends to stay as far from his business as she possibly can. She'll occasionally do a favor for him, but for the most part, they don't drag each other into their shit. She's possibly the only person who will tell him no without fear of consequences -- not because she doesn't think he'd try something, but because she knows she could take anything he tried.

Sage is underestimating Liam. One of her biggest fears is that he'll remember and that knowing his past will break him. Honestly? Azazel thinks it will, too. Because why wouldn't it?

But they're both forgetting that that rage in the family is genetic and Liam got it, too. It's not as obvious. He's a happy dude, living a good life. But it's not going to break him if he remembers his family, if he remembers dying.

It's going to infuriate him. He'll be just as angry at Wilder as Sage is. He was their older brother. He should have protected them. He never should have fucking messed with Azazel. (It helps, probably, that Wilder and Liam rarely saw eye-to-eye to begin with.)

But also? He's going to be just as angry at Sage. What right did she have to make that deal? To resurrect him and take his memories? To make that call without his consent? To choose a second chance with Azazel? To care about Azazel? The last part being the most damning.

It's easy to think that Liam is too soft to handle the truth. And maybe he would be if he were most other people. But instead? He's going to be just as willing to burn the whole world down as both of his siblings are.

Wilder actually tried to pick up his life and put it back together into something at least vaguely normal after losing his whole family.

Azazel made it crystal-fucking-clear that wasn’t an option.

The first (and then only) real friend he made after his family’s death ended up brutally murdered.

He tried again one more time, a few years later. Started seeing someone somewhat regularly, somewhat seriously. He’d had a few hookups over the years and that hadn’t been a problem. But the minute he got serious with her, another brutal murder.

He had very good alibis for both, but much like with the death of his family, most people who knew the victims think he was somehow involved. Which, in a way, isn’t wrong.

But he can’t really handle losing anyone else or being investigated for murder a fourth time, so he’s kept most people at bay.

I think it’s pretty obvious that Azazel likes control? He does like a challenge, but there’s a line between fun and irritating for him and even he doesn’t really know where the line is drawn until it’s been crossed.
