Seeing double
@azirofshurima Squints, tilts head in confusion.
Azir mimicked the action, his feathers rising in surprise.
“What sort of mirage is this?!“ he demanded, approaching his double.

Coffee thing - azirofshurima
Send me “🍵” for your muse to ask mine out for a coffee date.
That the offer came from Azir made the general more confused than anything about the possibility of going. He had the time for the moment. “I wouldn’t have thought you’d be one to actually drink coffee.” It wasn’t an acceptance of the emperor’s offer just yet but it wasn’t a no either.
@azirofshurima
"..Tahm Kench." Azir said, observing the slimy creature from a little distance, "Well met." - azirofshurima
@azirofshurima
Tahm regarded the creature with his glowing yellow eyes, a sort of wariness colouring his expression.Most bird shaped creatures didn’t speak with the smooth voice of a man, not unless they were far too clever to ever be caught out by a demon, so there was apt reason for the River King not to launch into his oh so customary display of flamboyance and delight at the prospect of another conversational partner.
“Beggin’ your pardon, child, but I ain’t quite sure we’ve been...Acquainted.” he began. “Clearly you know me- but that ain’t a feat, given my standin’ and majesty- but I ain’t too sure who I happen to be addressin’...?”

Send a “Confess” for how my muse feels about yours

“It’s true that they say Shurima used to be a paradise- and I took great dismay when it was rendered barren. No longer somewhere I could hunt, not when it’s people were mere dust.
Such is why I was surprised when the legendary Azir returned. I remember when he was Emperor, human, unascended. Although of this new one, I ain’t sure I can comment... They say ascendin’ does things to you, but I ain’t human nor about to ascend, so I suppose it’s moot.
I should like to watch this new ‘demi-god’ though. Perhaps there’s somethin’ I’ve missed- and somethin’ I could assist with.”
The Reunion
No, NO, NO! Xerath could not believe what he was witnessing. looking back in the direction from which he had come, the Magus witnessed the ruins of Shurima rising from the ground. Impossible! How could this be? The Sun Disc... It was back in the sky.
Turning around, Xerath yelled in fury, speaking in the Ancient Shuriman tongue. “Renekton! Doubtlessly, this is Nasus’s doing! Let us make haste for the ruins, and scour them until until we find the traitor himself!” Without another word, the Ascendants raced to the ruins, with Cassiopeia taking the opportunity to slip away.
When they arrived, Xerath and Renekton chose to split up, with the former heading straight for the Oasis of the Dawn, while the latter raced to the palace. What the mage saw upon arrival shocked him even more than the capitol’s return from beneath the sand. Their, climbing up from the tomb, was a falcon-like figure adorned in golden armor.
“Who are you?”
azirofshurima
"Who is th- Trundle? Is that you I am speaking to?" - azirofshurima
“No. I’m Ahri.” With a tone as flat as a board, oozing with sarcasm, and bland stare to match, Trundle puffed out and grabbed his own bare chest. “Don’t you see my tits?”
