It's a vile gut feeling, like something inside is twisting up, making her ill and leaving her somewhere between enraged and frightened. The princess of the Fire Nation represented everything wrong with the world, and it's almost as if every wrong Katara had ever endured was being projected onto her.
"Azula.." There's venom in the name, said low and almost as a warning, although Katara didn't know how a confrontation with the princess would go. Considering she was limited in her bending, she didn't think she'd stand much of a chance, but Azula didn't know that, and maybe that would be enough to deter her.
