Summary: It’s no tawny port, but it’ll do when mixed with equal parts of ADAM and served with a smile.

HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY to houdiniowen's mun, azurebolt with lots of love from Julian and myself!

“Don’t look so scared,” Owen leers at the man when he starts to stir to wakefulness, not one bit of sincerity in his knife-edge smile. That’s just the thing about people; they do exactly what they’re told not to do.

The fear in the man’s eyes is almost palpable, and far too delicious to let the man just leave now. Does the spider mourn the fly? Not by a long shot. This unfortunate John Doe blundered hurt and bloody through the web to somewhere he shouldn’t have been, and for that, he’ll have to pay the price for being irresistible.

“I like to think of myself as a connoisseur of the art of murder, lamb chop.”

He unclips the cufflinks on his cuffs with a lazy sort of practiced grace, walking circles around the man who’s now starting to struggle in earnest against his bindings. Rolling up his shirtsleeves, Owen leans down to whisper, “Now be a darling and hold that pose for me, won’t you?”

He waits, and is rewarded with only violent shaking, and the man’s muffled sounds of protest. Disappointing, that compliance is so hard to find these days. Owen backhands the man across the face, and steps back, “Disobedient~ I’m not in the habit of asking twice when I want something.”

There’s a smear of blood on his hand from trussing up his target, and it’s one last chance for Mister John Doe to meet or exceed expectations. Owen licks the red from his fingers, one at a time, savouring the look of horror and panic that fills the man’s eyes with every stroke of his tongue.

Too late, poor little fly.

“You’ll do just fine, even if you are horribly naughty. Now, open wide,” Owen laughs at that, the sound like broken glass falling, and draws the hunting knife through the man’s throat with a slow rasp.

The trajectory and velocity of spurting blood from struggling soon-to-be corpse is entirely unpredictable, but he’s patient, and that’s what the tub under the man is there for. He dips a glass, specially procured for this occasion, into the pool of blood starting to gather.

He swirls a vial of ADAM into equal parts fresh blood, and takes a long draught. It’s no tawny port served in a smoky gentleman’s club, but the live entertainment is absolutely sublime.

I really did! And finally got my internet back! awww yeee!

Holly came to visit for a week. It was awesome~ UvU

And of course we were lazy and watched movies and youtube and ate a whole bunch of junk. And had friends over to play horror games. Exchanged gifts~ I even got her to draw a bit with me >D We got lots of RPing done as well. Not to mention keeping each other up all night talking (even after we had gone to bed). We spent New Years watching movies and did the countdown. [I had a few drinks too of course~]

It's just really nice to have someone there. She left yesterday to go back home. And it's so weird not having her here anymore ahah. But we usually get to see each other a few times a year, looking forward to the next! <3333
