30 May 1974. The first Boeing B-52H-135-BW Stratofortress to fly, 60-0006, crashed during a ground-controlled approach at Wright-Patterson AFB. Two AGM-28 Hound Dog ACLMs are lying in the background. The crew survived uninjured.
