Delta, a design scheme conceived by a globe-spanning consortium of architecture firms has been named the winner of an international design competition seeking proposals for the new Shenzhen Natural History Museum for the rapidly growing city of the same name on the Pearl River Delta.

No actually I'm not done! Everything done by Cedric or Nanny in Dolly Plum was done with 100% good intentions.

After teasing her a bit at the start of the situation (bc that's just what they do, they wouldn't be plumric without it) Cedric then agrees to make a doll version. Then, once he makes a few more for the people around him, he then decides to mass produce them based on the assumption that elves and fairies outside the little kingdom will like it. This is an incredibly stupid judgment to make seeing as he only has a test audience of 10 and they all live inside the little kingdom (hence know who Nanny Plum is) meaning the only thing he must be basing it on is his own love and appreciation of Nanny. Unless you go by the logic that he was planning to sell thousands of dolls inside the little kingdom, which wouldn't work either seeing as there are like. 100 people at most, which also means that he did it mainly because he loved Nanny Plum that much. He even outright says to her that "it's an honor to have a doll that looks like you" with complete sincerity.

Also, Nanny herself loved the doll! She looked genuinely happy to see Daisy with it and never saw it as mocking her in any way. She only became upset when she saw Cedric had made 1000s of them, and that's only because she specifically asked him to only make one and he went against her wishes. She then turns all the dolls into Wise Old Elf dolls, (which again, she originally uses to tease him) and disguises it as revenge, but then she never takes it any further than that? Cedric grows to love them very quickly, and she doesn't get angry when they make the decision to sell them. She loves him too, and appreciates him just as much!

There's next to no vendetta in this episode! No real fighting! It's mainly just pure love, and I can't believe I never noticed until now.
