Favorite headcanonCasey was selectively mute!!! And he knows some ASL but he doesn’t really care too much for it because he’s from a small town and no one else cares to learn it so it’s kinda useless and he decided "he'd get to it when he gets to it"aka he'd ignore it until he absolutely needed it like whenever he'd get outta Possum Springs. But he communicates with small hums and gestures like nodding or similar small movements and he and the band + Germ have no issues with communication plus he talks around the people he's super comfortable around so it’s rare it comes up anyways
