I don't know if I ever shared this here, but this was a few years back at B.B. Kings... this was the first time I went out to a show I really wanted to see on my own (I had just turned 21). This was 2016 so the poor fella was lucky I didn't break down in tears (August 2016, you connect the dots as to why). But yeah Larry and his wife were the sweetest people and totally tolerated my incoherent emotional babbling, I still have the pamphlet he gave me lol its a bitter sweet type of thing too (although it's probably a coincidence because a lot of Jehovah stuff relates to "nobody really dies" type themes ((yeah, yeah, just let him be ya know, like I KNOW believe me... but still chillax about it)). But yeah this is my favorite memory of the B.B. Kings (although there are a few that come close such as my first p-funk show during which I had another fun unplanned encounter lol)
