i love your 1920s au and i was wondering what kind of relationship and role does casey have in the story ? and also will you ever post au desings ? :)

I don’t post designs for the AU, I’m more of a writer than an artist. I sometimes share aesthetic boards that I used to help me get ideas for settings and outfits, but overall, I prefer when the reader themselves lets the imagination take the wheel.

Now as for your other question; Casey's relationships are that he's Raph's best friend, he and April have known each other since they were kids, Slash and him are close friends too, Mikey sees him as family and respects his advice, Leo and Donnie aren't close with him but respect him to say the least, and he and Karai... have history. His role in the story is a supportive character. His presence/actions/words effect other characters and help move the AU's plot along. He doesn't have his own story, more that he gives the others a little push if needed.

Some examples are (spoilers btw):

Casey is the one who helped April get a job at The Dojo, the literal domino effect that starts this entire story

He dragged Raph to the burlesque club, which led to Raph meeting Mona Lisa

Casey (along with Slash) encouraged Mikey to be honest with his father about he and Renet's break up

Casey's family owns a car repair shop, where he discovers his dad's client is a member of the Foot Mafia. This reveals that everyone in their town is connected to the Foot in one way or another (this will get explore more later in the story).

Casey is the one who told April about Raph's secret and was the one to snoop through Raph's stuff, leading to April discovering Raph and Mona Lisa's relationship

And he will continue on with this role, I have more plans for him in future chapters, so stay tuned! ;D
