Some days are harder than others; physically mentally and emotionally. That's just truth.

But no matter what happense the sun will set when you go to sleep, and the beautiful sunrise will rise tell you to start fresh. The morrow is a new day.

Everyday you can start fresh and do your best to make it better than yesterday.

Everyday is a chance to do amazing things. And I know you got this. 🫶

I have decided to start posting positivity messages :)

I can't write stories or draw very well but I know how to speak my mind and be a good person. So I'm going to spread it around. ❤

What was the one thing this week that made you happy?

For me, it was seeing my students' smile and have fun in class.

Often and it almost always feels like the world is moving too fast. Everyone is busy, everyone is rushing. People have places to be, people to see.

We get so caught up in life that we forget what's right in front of us. There is so much we miss in front of our very eyes.

The bubbly laughter of a sibling. The support of a friend. The happiness a stranger left online from something your posted.

Sometimes, we just... Need to slow down. Take a deep breath, and live in the moment. Easier said than done, I know.

But... Just try 🩷
