Dee, the Glass Mage, once journeyed to the end of unwinding time to see what lay at the world's unmaking. She and the companion of her adventure were torn by their discovery, both rejected by the time they had set out to correct and unstitched from their fates. Dee found herself drifting and unable to live fully within time, unthethered from reality. She chose to embrace it and lived the next hundred years to the fullest, experiencing all that she could of her collapsing world and, with strength to rival her undoing, trained herself to be the fated one to set everything right. Upon the end her friend would return- that was the destiny she would weave of sword and glass unto Fate's corpse, if it came to that.
