The woman did not argue but listened to her employer. She was not angry nor upset over the revelation really. She had been smart enough to pack a bit more heavy duty clothing away into her tactical backpack she often carried with her on traveling occasions. Fang shook her head while her hands unzipped the bag in question as Anna went to slip the jacket off to offer it to her.

"Keep it on. You've already got it warm for you and I'm ok with you using it. I have some other clothes here that will do fine for keeping me warm. I always carry a hooded sweatshirt and a spare jacket along with some other gear."

While speaking, Fang fished out the dark green sweatshirt and checked it over for a moment. Her eyes glanced up toward her boss before she slipped the item of clothing on. Cold was also her enemy but she had a job to do. She wouldn't allow it to impair her if she could mentally fight it off. Anna had to be protected and Fang would lay her life down for that, and probably more but she would not voice it.

"If you get colder, feel free to grab the heavy blanket from this backpack of mine. I tend to be a bit overly prepared when traveling around the world. Years of wilderness survival trips drill that home."

1. Do you have any hobbies outside of RP?

Artsy things.  I sometimes post drawings related to my muses on their blogs, but beyond that...  I like to try at least everything once, whether it’s plushie making, candle making, sculpting, etc.  One of my friends knows this and whenever we go into an art store, we’re obligated to buy and make something every time.  Doing artsy stuff with friends is life.

12. Who are your top 5 musicians?

Depends on my mood for the day, but for now in no particular order: ....yeah, I can’t think of anything save particular songs I’ve heard today and sing one verse on repeat.  Those being from Whitney Houston, LeAnn Rimes, KISS, Counting Crows, and now Jonas Brothers...

24. What is your dream job?

At this point, a medieval mercenary sounds good and exciting.  I shall stick to it.  Otherwise I’d say anything pertaining to my hobbies.

he has the most uneventful dreams ever gflkdjgldfk. they’re always so mundane. like him picking herbs from his windowsill and chopping veggies and then watching television. i think it’s because real life feels like such a pressure cooker to him that his dreams always let him feel something normal and calm. there are never any recurring themes except normalcy. sometimes, he might even dream of something wild like falling in love! and actually falling in love with someone that makes him comfortable! that’s about as crazy as his dreams and nightmares get. his nightmares are more like him reliving old trauma. i’d rather not get into that. but his late teens and early twenties were the most painful years of his life.

if he’s sleep deprived enough, he’ll relive those days when he finally goes to bed / naps.

other than that, his dreams are so normal! his nightmares are pretty normal, too. circumstances considered and shit. theres never anything outlandish about them.

his daydreams on the other hand... wild... absolute insanity lkjgdf. an entire adventure of eloping with john cena going on in his brain while he’s standing in line at trader joes.

30. what does your character find repulsive or disgusting?

anyone that treats service industry workers like shit are the lucky ones to get their ass beat, for fucking free, in a parking lot. any time. disgusting. he’ll be sure to take someone’s attitude problem and shove it right up their ass. that’s basically that on that. i aint even gotta elaborate, yo lol.

'you dont owe anyone an explanation for anything ever, even people youve known for years' actually yes you do and if you think otherwise there's something wrong with you. youre a coward and a shitty friend. for as sensitive as folks can be, they sure dont have an issue with treating the people in their lives like trash

raine doesn’t like that her kids are taller than her at all. She is 5'5" and both her kids are 5'9". Ellone was always tall and surpassed raine by the time she was 13, Squall was a little later at 15. But now raine has to reach to hug them, kiss them, or scold their asses. And they both make fun of her when they gotta reach shit for her.

She didn't like Laguna at all upon meeting him and actually just wanted to sleep with him because he was cute, and she did lmao. But he just kept coming back like a roach, he even wrote her really lame haiku that she keeps in a box under her bed. Eventually she decided to give him a chance because, well, all the guys in Costa del Sol were mostly meatheads or gay, and Laguna was fortunately from Wutai like her. And apart from adopting Elle, then falling preggo with squall, it ended up being the best decision of her life.

Raine wears a lot of casual wutaian attire. Cottons capris, cotton tees, sandals, you might catch her in a kimono behind the bar though, but generally her wardrobe is pretty plain and comfortable.

Squall is a very different child to Ellone, and she finds it hard to bond with him at first. Elle had been bubbly, always smiling and laughing, and being adventurous. Squall was small, quiet, shy, and cried a lot when he didn't get enough attention, he was very needy and clingy, which sometimes made raine lose her temper compared to laguna who always seemed to know what to do with him. Laguna points it out to her that their son is very much like herself as a child, or at least that's how she had told Laguna she was, but it's true. That worries her because she would rather her son turned out like Laguna than herself because Laguna is fun, open and everyone seems to gravitate to him. Whereas raine is introverted and doesn't like other people much. So from then on she tries to encourage squall to be more extroverted with various outcomes.

After laguna disappears raine ends up with squall in her bed a lot. He cries and asks when papa is coming home, that their family is broken now. With anyone else she would give it to them straight and say he's probably dead, but she can't do that to her child, let alone such a sensitive little boy. So she distracts him with stories, all kinds of fantasy stories told to her in wutai as a child. It usually sends him to sleep eventually, and then she'll cry because she misses laguna just as much as squall does.

Raine comes from a long line of samurai, though their glory days are long gone by the time she is born. But she still revels in the history of the Leonhart family and the old lion crest that represents their family as depicted on squalls griever pendant. Unfortunately, most of this is all lost during the war as is her parents when shinra burns their ancient home down.

Everything seemed lighter, perhaps it’s the lack of fear of certain doom hanging over everyone’s heads, the way religion doesn’t seem to dominate nearly as much. Lenneth can’t quite put a finger on it, but her travels now seem less filled with the dread of seeing those she’s grown close to dying horribly. Now it’s filled with the dread of seeing them again.  

She tries to hide a sigh, attempting to look a bit more upbeat. 

“What happened?”
