Dev moved to Gibbi Point (questionable, if you ask about Mocha's past traumas) and wants to nurture the town's children with the same love and care he grew up with.
I had no idea his shifts were on weekends, and that's a problem while playing in short lifespan. He'll run a daycare, and while we finish building the place with the *limited* simoleons he has, Dev likes to explore and look for critters to collect.
