I never chose #attachmentparenting as a mother, my baby chose it by being a baby, vulnerable, unable to walk, talk and to defend himself from the world, insisted that I would be by his side every second. This bond we share is magical everyday, that he would look me in the eyes and completely trust and want me. But at our weaker moments when he is not settling and refuses to sleep even breastfed or worn I feel the fiery arrows of accusations - that I created this 'habit', I'm failing from the get go. His tears are often accompanied by mine.
