All day I long to be alone in peace. But honestly I'm terrified to be left alone with my thoughts.

lately, i've been feeling so sad and i've been in a pretty bad place for about two weeks now. i just feel so much hate towards myself, towards my body, my personality, everything. just all of me. i think most of the times i do like who i am, but i hate the way people respond to it in the sense that people don't gravitate towards me. i'm not thin or that much fun. i'm a huge dork. ugh, i feel like crawling out of my skin. i hate my face, my body, my shyness, my anxiety, my quirkiness, my hair, my skin tone, everything. i don't want to feel this way though, i just can't help it.

and on top of that, i feel so lonely and used and just the same things over and over again. me giving so much and the universe and people in RL not giving back. i honestly don't know what to do. so here i am again, back in therapy.

Finally accepting the fact that I need help. I obviously can no longer help myself.

I think I'm okay with this. I've known that I've needed this for a while, but since I have yet again reached my breaking point, it's clearer than ever. But hey isn't the first steps admitting you have a problem & getting help? Look at me I'm doing good already. So here goes nothing..Guess its worth a try
