It's a balmy seven degrees outside tonight, so we've taken several precautions to keep our alpacas safe and happy during the winter weather. That includes tightening down their barn with a lot of wind breaks, adding lots of extra hay on the floor so they can kush down in it, a hearty evening meal so their tummies are nice and full, and Micah gets a jacket since he feels the cold more than the others.
